This equipment is a heavy-duty universal laser processing machine independently developed and produced by our company, specifically designed for laser cladding, surface quenching, and additive manufacturing of small and medium-sized components.The core competitiveness of the equipment lies in the full-chain independent R&D and manufacturing. From the specialized development of core optical components, laser cladding heads/quenching heads/additive manufacturing heads, to the complete machine integration and assembly, as well as the independent development of control software and process systems, all links are independently controllable. This guarantees the operational stability, processing accuracy, and core technology confidentiality of the equipment from the source, completely breaking away from dependence on external core components.
The equipment features comprehensive functions and can be flexibly adapted to various processing requirements of small and medium-sized workpieces, including laser cladding (surface strengthening, dimensional restoration), laser quenching (surface hardness improvement), and additive manufacturing. It covers multiple industrial scenarios such as mechanical manufacturing and parts remanufacturing.Relying on our complete process service system, we provide customers with a one-stop processing solution from equipment commissioning and process matching to technical training, helping customers achieve rapid production and reduce trial-and-error costs. We also offer lifetime free software upgrades to continuously optimize the operation experience, iterate process algorithms, and empower customers to improve production efficiency.





核心配置详情
- 机床:采用钢结构重型机身,搭配水磨处理工作台,承重稳定、不易变形;配置4轴松下伺服运动轴;配套尾顶装置与标准电箱,保障设备长期稳定运转。
- 激光器:搭载6KW订制型专用激光器,配备600um芯径光纤,输出能量均匀稳定。
- 激光头:选用FWC970系列同轴环形送粉万瓦级高速激光熔覆头,采用模块化密封设计,可有效防止粉尘污染光路,延长镜片使用寿命;运行稳定可靠,易损件消耗极低,同时大幅提升粉末利用率(>90%),减少材料浪费,降低加工成本。
- 送粉器:配备WPS200系列Ver3.0版伺服驱动精密盘式送粉器,送粉精度高、均匀性好,支持单筒独立送粉或双筒同步送粉,适配不同粒径、不同材质的合金粉末,保障熔覆层质量均匀致密。
- 控制系统:搭载22寸工业触摸屏+工业手轮,操作便捷、交互友好,适配工业现场复杂操作场景;配套我司自主开发的基于WINDOWS系统的操作控制软件及工艺系统,集成多种成熟加工工艺参数库,新手也能快速上手。

Core Configuration Details
- Machine Tool: Adopts a heavy-duty steel structure body with a water-ground worktable, featuring stable load-bearing capacity and low deformation. Equipped with 4-axis Panasonic servo motion axes, a tailstock device, and a standard electrical cabinet to ensure long-term stable operation.
- Laser: Equipped with a 6KW customized special laser and a 600μm core diameter optical fiber, delivering uniform and stable output energy.
- Laser Head: Adopts the FWC970 series coaxial annular powder-feeding 10kW-level high-speed laser cladding head with a modular sealed design, which effectively prevents dust from contaminating the optical path and extends the service life of lenses. It features stable and reliable operation, extremely low consumable loss, significantly improved powder utilization rate (>90%), reduced material waste, and lower processing costs.
- Powder Feeder: Equipped with a WPS200 series Ver3.0 servo-driven precision disc powder feeder, featuring high feeding accuracy and excellent uniformity. It supports single-cylinder independent powder feeding or dual-cylinder synchronous powder feeding, adapting to alloy powders of different particle sizes and materials, and ensuring a uniform and dense cladding layer.
- Control System: Equipped with a 22-inch industrial touch screen and an industrial handwheel for convenient operation and friendly interaction, suitable for complex industrial on-site operation scenarios. It is matched with our independently developed Windows-based operation control software and process system, integrating a library of mature processing parameters, enabling quick mastery even for novice operators.
Optional Configurations
- Robotic Manipulator: Enables precise trajectory restoration of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped workpieces, enhancing adaptability for complex workpiece processing.
- Inner Bore Cladding Head: Specially designed for inner wall processing of workpieces, realizing cladding strengthening and restoration of inner bore surfaces, expanding the processing scope of the equipment.
