The J500 is a laser cladding & quenching all-in-one machine custom-designed and independently R&D by our company for small part processing in factories and technical R&D needs of research institutes, with dual attributes of research & teaching experiments and mass production.

高端四轴工业机床；22 寸工业触摸屏 + 高端不锈钢防爆键盘；自研熔覆 & 增材制造软件控制系统；定制化激光头。

High-end 4-axis industrial machine tool; 22-inch industrial touch screen + high-end stainless steel explosion-proof keyboard; Self-developed cladding & additive manufacturing software control system; Customized laser head.

核心功能  Core Functions

外圆常规及高速熔覆，加工范围：直径 0～250mm，最大长度 500mm

内孔熔覆，加工范围：直径 60～250mm，最大长度 300mm

不同材料混合加工及梯度材料制备，支持两种材料连续可变混合成型

兼容同轴送粉、同轴送丝激光增材制造工艺

实现零件表面淬火工艺

Conventional and high-speed cladding for outer circles, Machining range: Ø0～250 mm in diameter, maximum length 500 mm

Cladding for inner bores, Machining range: Ø60～250 mm in diameter, maximum length 300 mm

Mixed processing of different materials and preparation of gradient materials, supporting continuous variable mixed forming of two materials

Compatible with laser additive manufacturing processes of coaxial powder feeding and coaxial wire feeding

Realize surface quenching process for parts
