1. 整机结构 Overall Machine Structure
机台采用铝型材与钣金复合结构,兼顾轻量化与高强度刚性;工作台选用30mm厚45号钢板,经精密加工及镀硬铬处理,具备高精度、高耐磨性与稳定性,保障长期加工一致性。
The machine adopts a composite structure of aluminum profile and sheet metal, balancing lightweight and high structural rigidity. The workbench is made of 30mm-thick 45# steel plate, subjected to precision machining and hard chrome plating, featuring high precision, wear resistance and stability to ensure long-term processing consistency.
2. 运动轴系统 Motion Axis System
三轴直线模组采用不锈钢带全密封模组,搭载松下精密伺服电机与滚珠丝杠传动,运行精准高效;旋转轴配置松下伺服+精密减速机+160三爪卡盘+尾顶,最大夹持直径160mm,可加工回转直径>320mm。
行程参数:X轴700mm、Y轴400mm、Z轴400mm。
The three-axis linear module uses a stainless steel belt fully sealed module, equipped with Panasonic precision servo motor and ball screw drive, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
The rotating axis is configured with Panasonic servo + precision reducer + 160 three-jaw chuck + tailstock, with a maximum clamping diameter of 160mm and a maximum machinable swing diameter >320mm.
Stroke Parameters: X-axis 700mm, Y-axis 400mm, Z-axis 400mm.
3. 控制系统 Control System
采用17寸工业触摸屏+专用控制板卡集成模式,自主开发专用软件及工艺,可以实现复杂图案,单层或多层增材加工,配备工业手轮,实现运动轴、激光器、送粉器协同联动,操作便捷,适配复杂工艺需求。
It adopts an integrated design with a 17-inch industrial touch screen and dedicated control board. Independently developed proprietary software and processes enable the fabrication of complex patterns as well as single-layer or multi-layer additive manufacturing. Equipped with an industrial handwheel, it realizes the coordinated control of motion axes, laser, and powder feeder, offering convenient operation and adapting to complex process requirements.
4. 送粉系统 Powder Feeding System
搭载自研WPS200系列送粉器,双桶配置,触摸屏+PLC控制,精密伺服电机+减速机传动,送粉均匀稳定,保障熔覆层质量与厚度。
Equipped with self-developed WPS200 series powder feeder with dual-barrel configuration, touch screen + PLC control, and precision servo motor + reducer drive, ensuring uniform and stable powder feeding to guarantee the quality and thickness of the cladding layer.
5. 激光熔覆头 Laser Cladding Head
配备自研FWC970C150F300系列熔覆头,集成CCD视觉监控模块,便于定位,确保产品质量稳定。
Equipped with self-developed FWC970C150F300 series cladding head, integrated with CCD visual monitoring module for easy positioning and stable product quality.
6. 激光器 Laser
搭载定制化粗芯径光纤激光器,输出功率6KW、芯径600μm,能量密度高且分布均匀。
Equipped with a customized large-core-diameter fiber laser, with an output power of 6KW and a core diameter of 600μm, featuring high energy density and uniform distribution.
